These terms govern your use of solarpanelsperth.solar ("the Site"), operated by Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd (Company [CRN]), trading as Perth Solar Scotland.
Perth Solar Scotland is a renewable energy consultancy. We connect Perth and Perthshire homeowners with our network of MCS-certified installation partners. We do not install solar panels, batteries or heat pumps ourselves.
All prices quoted on this website are indicative and subject to survey. Final pricing is provided by our installation partners following a home assessment. 0% VAT eligibility is subject to HMRC criteria (valid until March 2027).
References to the Home Energy Scotland rural uplift (up to £18,000 combined support) are subject to HES eligibility verification. Rural classification is determined by Home Energy Scotland, not Perth Solar Scotland. We check eligibility on your behalf but cannot guarantee approval.
The £100 referral bonus is payable when a referred customer proceeds with installation through our network. One payment per referral. No limit on total referrals. Payment made within 30 days of installation completion. Perth Solar Scotland reserves the right to modify or withdraw this programme at any time.
We plant one tree for every quote requested through Perth Solar Scotland. Planting is arranged through verified UK-based reforestation partners.
All accreditations referenced on this site (MCS, TrustMark, RECC, NICEIC, Octopus Trusted Partner, Hive Trusted Partner) belong to our installation partner network, not to Caledonia Energy Efficiency Ltd directly.
Perth Solar Scotland acts as an introducer between homeowners and installation companies. Installation contracts are between the homeowner and the installing company. We are not liable for installation quality, though we work exclusively with accredited partners and provide aftercare support.
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
