• Check your eligibility for Home Energy Scotland grants
• Connect you with appropriate MCS-certified installation partners

3. Legal Basis

We process your data under legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, your consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data with our MCS-certified installation partner network for the purpose of providing quotes and arranging installations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 3 years. Aftercare records are retained for the duration of your warranty period (up to 25 years for panel warranties).
